Advertising Packages:
- Deposit or Full Payment must be made before Ad Campaign begins.
- 2 Week minimum per Ad Campaign. Purchase Ads. via Paypal below.
- Request for Ad Campaign must be done at least
more than 3 days before the requested campaign begins if we are designing your
banner.
There are various ways to advertise your product, service or event on
Jacksonville Carnival, below are a few ideas.
- Banner Advertising:
Your ad can be placed on a large banner that will be visible
throughout the site.
The most effective is the large Index page banner. The popular top banner location. Other exclusive
locations through out the site.

Index page Banner: This banner will be located before the website opens .... $30 per week.
Top Banner: This banner will be located on various pages of the website ...... $50 per week.
Flyers: Your flyer will be posted on the events page of the website ...................$15 per week.
Banner Specifications:
The Gif file should be a maximum of 4 frames. The final
Flash file (.swf) must be exported as Flash version 4,5
or 6 (we will not accept 3 or lower nor 7 and higher). When submitting the
final Flash file (.swt) you must include a Double Click compatible 'click Tag'
embedded in the file with a http://www.jacksonvillecarnival.com value or the value of the event listing.
- Newsletter:
All of our members receive weekly updates via e-mail. Our
newsletter is capable of handling text or graphic banner ads that can showcase
your event/service. This very effective tool ensures that every member receives
your information. Prices begin at $15.00 USD. per newsletter.
- Sponsorship:
We encourage sponsors to create a long-term relationship
with Jacksonville Caribbean Carnival so that our members will associate your
product or service with Jacksonville Caribbean Carnival. You may contact us to
enquire about long-term (3 month min.) discounted options.

The runs are for a maximum two weeks prior to your event. Jacksonville Carnival
reserves the right to limit index page advertising during Jacksonville Carnival
advertising periods.

as a service to both the promoters and the jacksonvillecarnival.com visitors.
C. Advertising inclusion on this website,
does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of any Promoter or event.
Jacksonvillecarnival.com will not be responsible for the accuracy of the event
information not any injury or loss which may occur during the event.

Q. What are the specifications for designing a flyer
A. There is a banner design fee for all banner ads we
create. The specifications required for providing us your own graphics. Banner
dimensions: 468x60 pixels, Flyer dimensions: 350x500 or 450x300 pixels.
Banners/flyers will be resized to these specifications if they result in no
loss of resolution. Format: Jpg or Gif., Animation:
Gif or Swf no more than 3 frames.
Q. Why isn't my banner/flyer the only one that appears and
why do I see the others more
A. Our high web traffic allows us to place more than one
banner in rotation, each banner gets a balanced amount
of exposure, eg. If there are 6 banners in rotation, the first 6 visitors to a
page will see those 6 banners, the 7th visitor will
reset the count and will see the 1st banner. The rotation can be reset in a
matter of seconds due to high activity.
